CMO FLOORING

Redid the flooring for my 2 bedroom apartment with CMO Flooring. Installed hardwood in both bedrooms, living room, and hallways. Service was exceptional starting from the quoting and planning process. Very professional and hard working. The job was done within the budget and within the set dates. 10/10 would recommend for any flooring project or renovation.

We used Olin's service in 2019 for replacing the carpet with wooden flooring for a home we had purchased. Everything seemed great at first upto the point when we made the advance payment.We had made arrangements with our strata for the work for a certain date after discussing with Olin, but when the date came close, he totally ignored what we had decided and forced us to get in done earlier and in a total rush.After the installation we found broken things everywhere. Our wall paints were damaged, sliding doors were broken and overall it was a mess.We even found half eaten chocolate bars in our dryer!Olin's partner Daniel was worse. After the whole thing was done, Daniel gave me a call to ask how the experience was. I explained the situation to him, and he said that he would like to come and take a look. What Daniel didn't tell me was that he was trying to sell his service to our neighbour. When Daniel came to see the place, I thought he was genuinely interested in seeing what went wrong, but instead he just showed the flooring to our neighbour and left. I was so dumbfounded with his actions.Overall a very poor experience with this company.

Hard working, professional and knows what he is doing. Truly appreciated that Olin and his team exerted extra effort to lower down our heaters to baseboard level (it used to be above the baseboard). He suggested, I agreed but forgot about it, he remembered and did it! It was not part of the deal. Being a first-time homeowner here in Canada, I didn’t know that it can be done. My friend who had their flooring installation done from one with fancy showroom did not bother to lower down their heaters and was never suggested. CMO truly rendered the job with passion and compassion. Keep it up CMO!

These guys are really busy but they fit me on a weekend...I had a few ppl in to have a look but Olin checked my floor with a laser even before the carpet came up and so we had a pretty good idea about the leveling. .That took a day and so did the installation we had of 600sf on our main floor in a townhouse.Juan was really nice too :)

I called this company based on Google high review 3 days ago! The guy asked me to send photos, then more photos, our emails to send a quote, last name etc...and kept promising us to send a quote over, I had to keep texting/calling him for many times for 3 days! I finally told him that I will post a comment on Google for being misleading and unprofessional. I got a call from him immediately wanting to work it out, ! don't know HOW he got so many good reviews on Google! So misleading and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would NOT recommend others to hire them for services. This kind of attitude will make people frustrated, unreliable and can't be trusted.

CMO flooring was amazing. I called them and they came in the next day, checked the level of my floors with a laser. Olin explained the whole process to us. They were able to fit me in two days later and completed the whole suite within the day. They put protective sheets on the floors from the front of the apartment building to my door. My floors had been in bad shape and I was so impressed the next day when I saw the leveling job they had done. They were fast, efficient, well priced, professional and I appreciated the information given.

We loved working with Olin. He was very knowledgeable and had great advice on selecting floors. The floors turned out beautifully and we get so many compliments on them!

I was looking for a company for installation of flooring in my condo and was referred to CMO from a friend. I found Daniel excellent to deal with over the phone. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Within days the installer/leveller, Olin, was at my place to discuss how to approach the project and to give me a price estimate. The price was very reasonable and the quote was nicely detailed so there was no question how he arrived at the total sum. I was in contact with Daniel and Olin throughout the entire process. They were easy to talk to and happy to answer all my questions. I felt that customer satisfaction with the finished work was important to them. In the end, the floor looked beautiful and Olin and his partner did a great job. They left the place nice and clean. I don't hesitate to recommend CMO flooring.

This was our first home.  We were really nervous about the market during these crazy times. Everything looks up on that note! We met Olin after finding his shop on line.  He reminds us of a mad scientist it's easy to see his dedication.  He took our measurements and sent us a quote.  Nico did our installation and we were quite impressed with his experience and friendly approach.  Apparently he used to install in his home country of Poland.  The wait was a longer than we linked but the advice along with suggestions we got and the quality of the work were worth the wait.
